Mrs Davies (Head of KS3) and members of the Blackwood Comprehensive School Council are the first School Council in the Borough to receive the Pupil Voice Charter confirming their commitment to engage with Caerphilly Youth Forum to ensure their pupils have their voices heard at a local and national level.
