Mr Colcombe & Mrs Davies from the P.E. department have put together some workout videos for you to use with your family, from home.
These are HIT workouts which you can do in the house. You don’t need any equipment you just need to give it ago. Change any exercise to suit you, add more in and repeat the workout as many times as you want too. Keep healthy by being physically and mentally active!
